Liability Release, Terms & Agreement ​

You agree to hereby release and forever discharge Kia Khadem from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceeding, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law and/or equity stemming from the below agreement between the above mentioned parties from the beginning of the world to the end of the world.

In consideration of the above referenced release, you agree to the following terms:

Acknowledge and are fully aware that Kia Khadem is not a medical doctor or registered dietician.

Acknowledge and are fully aware that Kia Khadem is only providing recommendations.

Acknowledge that activity programs contain specific risks and Kia Khadem assumes no liability for any injuries that may be sustained during or result from attempting this program on your own.

Acknowledge before beginning, implementing and/or using any and all of Kia Khadem’s recommendations, that you should consult a medical doctor.

Acknowledge and are fully aware that Kia Khadem cannot and does not offer any guarantees of result.

You understand that you are agreeing that all information shared with me is confidential and proprietary, such as, this program does not allow for cancellations, refunds, nor does it extend any money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated above. You further acknowledge that no claims or guarantees have been made to me regarding this program. Also, you accept that your success with this program is entirely dependent upon my participation and execution of the process.

By completing your payment, you fully understand the above referenced terms. Furthermore, you have not been coerced into entering into this release and agreement.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
